2026 CAMP CARD PROGRAM

Timeline:
Starts: The Camp Card sale will start on April 1st, 2026.
Ends: The Camp Card sale extended to end on July 31st 2026.
Camp Cards Are Ready for Pickup
Cards are available for pickup at the Monmouth Council Service Center anytime during the sale. Units and families can stop by at their convenience to stock up and start earning toward their Scouting adventures.
What Is the Camp Card Program?
The Camp Card Program is Monmouth Council’s annual earn-your-way fundraiser that helps Scouts pay for summer camp, unit activities, and other Scouting adventures. Scouts sell discount Merchant Cards—packed with local deals and savings—to families, friends, and community members.
This program isn’t just about raising money. It reinforces the Scout Law, especially being thrifty:
• Working to fund their own experiences
• Saving for future adventures
• Using resources wisely
• Building confidence through real-world responsibility
Every card sold helps keep Scouting affordable, accessible, and youth-driven.
How many cards should I get?
Units will be limited to signing out the number of cards they sold in 2025* or if they did not sell in 2025* a limit of 200 cards on consignment. Units may take as many cards as they want if they pay for them upfront instead of signing them out on consignment. Cards that are paid for upfront instead of on consignment may not be returned. Units may sign out more cards at any time once they pay for the cards they already have.
It is found that the best results come from setting goals. To answer, we ask that your unit set a goal, for example, your goal may be for every Scout to sell 25 cards, which you should order accordingly. Please remember that you may pick up additional cards at any time, therefore do not worry about getting all of the cards you will need right away.
Costs, Profit, & Payments
Camp Cards are to be sold for $5 each. This fundraiser provides a 50% profit margin! Therefore, the cost of each camp card is $2.50 each. All payments must be submitted in full, to the Monmouth Council, by 5:00pm on June 30, 2026. Any unpaid balance will incur a 50% service charge ($1.25 per card). Payments not made by June 30, 2026, will be charged to the Unit UDA account.
