Council Annual Business Meeting

As a member of the Council's Executive Board, you are cordially invited to this year's Monmouth Council, BSA Annual Meeting.

 

Nominations of prospective individuals to serve as a member of the Monmouth Council, BSA Executive Board must be made in writing and mailed to the Council Office prior to May 1 on an annual basis.

 


The purpose of the meeting is to receive reports and to elect officers and executive board members for the coming Scouting year. You are invited to attend this meeting because you are a Board Member of Monmouth Council and, as such, are a voting member of the Council.

The Annual meeting will be followed immediately by the Council’s Annual Recognition Dinner which celebrates the achievements of Monmouth Council volunteers and culminates in the presentation of Silver Beaver Awards for outstanding volunteer service to youth in Monmouth Council.
