• Registration will close 5 days prior to the event
• All cars must be checked in prior to the event on Friday, March 20, 2026
• No refunds
• Derby schedule is subject to change and may race ahead or behind schedule.
• The top 3 racers in each Cub Scout rank will advance to the Monmouth Council Pinewood Derby
• Event open to spectators. No seating provided. Spectators are encouraged to bring a camp chair or floor blanket for their viewing pleasure
• All youth in attendance must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• All registerant will recieve a limited edition 2026 District Racer Patch
