Important Registration Notes

  • Register as a Unit: All registrations and payments must be processed through your Unit’s Tentaroo account. Please do not create your own individual account. If you need assistance with your unit’s login, please contact the Council Service Center.

  • Credit Card Payments: A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments. If you have any questions about this fee, please contact the Council Service Center before registering.

Adult Leader Discounts

  • Free Adult Leaders: For every 8 youth campers, your troop receives 1 free adult leader. Additional adults can attend for $185 each.

How to Register

  1. Login to Tentaroo: Use your unit’s Tentaroo account to register. If you don’t know your unit’s login information, please reach out to the Council Service Center.

  2. Find Forestburg Scout Reservation Summer Camp Event. Then Select the week you wish to attend and eneter the number of adults and youth who will be attending. (On Feb. 16 the system will allow you to enter the names of individuals and select the youths MB Classes.)

  3. Save Changes and CheckOut: Save the changes that you made to your registration and then Be sure to check-out from you cart otherwise the system wont reflect your updates and you may lose your spots in Merit Badges. 

  4. Follow the Deadlines: Payments must be made in full through your unit’s Tentaroo account.To secure the best rates, make sure to register and pay in full by May 15 for the Early Bird Rates.
