What is University of Scouting?

It’s a supplemental training event for adult leaders in the Scouting America program. It provides a wide variety of courses and learning opportunities to enhance the skills of Scouters, regardless of their role or experience level.

The University of Scouting is typically held annually and offers courses in various areas, including outdoor skills, program delivery, and leadership development. Many councils offer degree programs within the University of Scouting, recognizing and incentivizing continued training for Scouters.
