All Cub Scouts, their families, and friends are invited to attend!

Join us for a weekend at Quail Hill for fall activities and camaraderie.

                                          October 18th-19th 2025

                                  at Quail Hill Scout Reservation

Key Times:

Gates OPEN at 9:00 AM
Activity Stations OPEN at 10:00 AM
Event ENDS at 10:00 AM SUNDAY.

The Trading Post in Lass Lodge will open during the event for camp widgets, Sweatshirts, hats, snacks, drinks, and Icecream treats. 

Event Costs:  $15 Early bird fee for youth, ends 9/22.  $20 for youth unitl 10/15, online registration will close on 10/16.   Walkins accepted additional fees will apply.  Additional patches for adults will be $5. 

All of the event costs and payment deadlines are listed once you log into your Tentaroo account. We appreciate everyone signing up in advance we so have enough materials on-hand

Reminder: You need to register EVERYONE ATTENDING IN ADVANCE, including Adults and Youth under 5 so we can plan accordingly.  Walk-In Rates will be charged to anyone not registered online.
